HOW CAN I ORDER FOOD FOR MY EVENT THROUGH THE CATERING SERVICE?
Once you complete a purchase, you will see a Confirmation page that will include all of the details related to the catering service now available to you. You will also receive these details via email.
Suite Purchase
CAN I BUY A SUITE OUTSIDE OF THIS WEBSITE?
Yes. You can either write to the suites@warriors.com email address to get more information on this matter or you can call 877-GSW-SUITES.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
You can make all purchases by using any major credit card.
WHY WASN'T MY OFFER FOR A SUITE APPROVED?
If you made an offer for a Suite and it was not approved, then it means that the leaseholder of that Suite declined your offer. If this happens, feel free to make a higher offer for the same Suite to see if they accept, or search for another Suite.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY A SUITE FOR AN EVENT AND THE EVENT WAS EITHER CANCELLED OR POSTPONED?
If the event for which you already purchased a Suite has been cancelled or postponed, then a member of Chase Center Suites team will be in touch with you to guide you through the rest of the process.
CAN I CANCEL A PURCHASE I MADE EARLIER?
Unfortunately, all sales are final.
CAN I TRANSFER MY PURCHASED SUITE TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. Once your purchase is successfully completed, the tickets can be transferred to another person. Please reach out to Suitexchange@warriors.com if you would like to do so.

WHO CAN SEE THE DATA I SPECIFIED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Your payment information is never stored and as a result cannot be viewed by anyone. Your Profile and Personal Information is only visible to you, your agent, and the Chase Center Customer Service representatives to help you through any problems you might later encounter.

Suite Listing
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIST MY SUITE AT A FIXED PRICE?
A fixed price is a set price that you are willing to accept for your Suite. As a result, the Suite will sell for the exact amount you set as a price.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIST MY SUITE TO "ACCEPT OFFERS”?
The term “accept offers” implies that you set a blind base price, which is not visible to the buyer. A buyer can only see that you are accepting offers and can submit an offer for acceptance. If the bid falls below your blind price, it will automatically be rejected. If it is above your blind price, you will have 24 hours to accept or reject the offer.
CAN I TAKE BACK MY SUITE FOR AN EVENT AFTER I SOLD IT?
No, all transactions are final.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SUITE DOES NOT SELL FOR AN EVENT?
If your Suite does not sell during the sales window of an event, the Suite remains yours.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR MY SUITE TO BE SOLD FOR AN EVENT?
Yes, all listings will be removed from the site 3 days (72 hours) before the event takes place. Any new Suite can not be offered within 3 days or less before any scheduled event.
IS THERE A PRICE LIMIT FOR ME TO LIST MY SUITE FOR AN EVENT?
No, you set the price.
CAN I EDIT THE PRICE AND TYPE OF OFFER OF A SUITE I ALREADY LISTED?
Yes, you can edit your listing at any time before it is sold.
